HOW DO I....
OBTAIN A REPEAT PRESCRIPTION?

Patients are issued with repeat prescriptions by prior arrangement with the doctor for which 48 hours' notice is required. They may be collected by hand, posted in a stamped, self-addressed envelope or sent direct to a named chemist for collection. You will be expected to attend at regular intervals for review of your medication. We do not accept telephone requests thought they can be faxed on 01926 498956.
