HOW DO I...
MAKE AN APPOINTMENT?

Appointments can be made be telephoning or calling into the surgery during reception hours. Our advanced access appointment system allows patients to be seen on that day. Pre-booked appointments are also available; please ask the receptionist.

EXTENDED HOURS

The practice is able to offer extended hours for patients unable to attend during normal working hours. Please enquire at the reception.

HOW DO I...
SEE THE DOCTOR OUT OF HOURS?

Warwickshire Primary Care Trust are responsible for the out of hours service. This is held at the A & E department at Warwick Hospital. HOW DO I...
OBTAIN A HOME VISIT?
